Halo Water Proofing started small in the Petersburg area and grew because customers kept referring us to their neighbors — that's still how most of our work comes in today.
We don't run a bidding war between crews. The Petersburg technician who inspects your property is the same one who does the repair, start to finish.
Our Petersburg crew leads carry years of hands-on repair experience, not just sales training — which is why the advice you get on-site tends to match what actually needs fixing.
Talk to a real Petersburg technician today, not an automated queue. We'll explain what's going on and get you scheduled.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Most Petersburg calls didn't start with a flood — they started with one of these small signs weeks or months earlier.
Odor is often the very first clue Petersburg homeowners notice, well before any water is visible.
A crack that wasn't there last year is worth a look before it becomes an active leak point.
Efflorescence is a reliable early sign that water is moving through your Petersburg foundation wall right now.
If your pump only shuts off for a few minutes at a time, it's worth having it checked before it fails outright.
If a foundation wall looks like it's curving inward, that's beyond a simple patch and needs a real assessment.
Peeling paint near the floor upstairs is one of the last signs Petersburg homeowners connect to a basement problem.
No two Petersburg basements are the same — soil type, age of the home, water table. We match the fix to your actual problem.
A flooded Petersburg basement doesn't wait for morning, and neither do we. Our crews get it out and start drying the space the same visit.

You'll talk to a person, not a script — enough of a conversation to know what to expect before anyone shows up.
A Petersburg technician walks the property, checks the foundation and drainage, and explains what's found in plain language.
The number you approve is the number you're billed — no change orders once the crew shows up.
You get documentation of the work plus a real warranty — not just a handshake.
Plenty of companies advertise Wet Basement Repair in Petersburg — here's what actually separates the ones worth calling from the ones that aren't.
There's no verbal quote that grows once the crew shows up — the written estimate is final.
We're not routing your call through a national center — the person who answers is close by.
If a covered repair fails, we come back and fix it. That's part of the contract, not just a promise.
We'd rather earn a repeat Petersburg customer with an honest fix than push a system you don't need.
We can supply the documentation most carriers ask for before approving a Petersburg claim.
Word of mouth is still how most Petersburg customers find us, which keeps our standards high.
"Called during a storm and had a tech at my door within two hours. Explained everything before touching anything — basement's been dry since."
"Fair price, on time, cleaned up after. Wish every contractor worked this way."
"Crawl space smelled bad for years. After encapsulation, the smell upstairs is completely gone."

"Insurance claim was stressful until they stepped in with photos and a written scope. Approved within a week."
"Sump pump inspection was thorough and they didn't try to sell me a new one when mine just needed a part replaced."
If a covered repair doesn't hold up, we come back and make it right — no arguing, no extra invoice. That's written into every Petersburg contract we sign.
